Two people have been knifed to death in a townhouse area in northern Stockholm.
One died at the scene, the other in hospital after being driven away by ambulance seriously injured.
– There are now two murders which we are investigating. We have arrested a person suspected this, says Fredrik Andersson, duty officer at the Stockholm police.
Police received at 18:13 the call from a terraced area in the north Stockholm.
– There is a person who stabbed to death and another injured, said Fredrik Andersson.
the injured person has in the ambulance taken to hospital with serious injuries. The police are in place in the hospital.
At a quarter past eight o’clock on Wednesday evening announced the Stockholm police that the injured person has died in hospital.
– It is now about two murders that we investigate says Fredrik Andersson.
On the spot, the police have cordoned off, and it will carry out a technical examination.
– We are also questioning. We have stayed about twenty witnesses and trying to get together the situation picture of what happened, says Fredrik Andersson.
Has anyone been arrested?
– We encountered a man we suspect for this. He initially arrested and suspected of these crimes. He was arrested in the area of a patrol.
According to Aftonbladet, the man has been arrested in a wooded area near the suspected crime scene.

– We suspect it, but do not know for sure, says Fredrik Andersson.
