A 61-year-old man by the district court sentenced to several years in prison for child rape is freed entirely of the Court of Appeal, the newspaper Ångermanland. According to the Court of Appeal are several unexplained circumstances and the evidence is not enough. (TT)

A 61-year-old man by the district court convicted child rape is freed entirely of the Court of Appeal, the newspaper Ångermanland.

The man was convicted of several years of “groped” on two underage girls. The district court compared the pervasiveness intercourse and sentenced the man to two and a half years in prison.

But, according to the Court of Appeal are several factors not investigated and the court does not believe that the evidence is sufficient for a conviction.
