Viewers: Löfven won the duel in "Agenda" – Expressen

Stefan Löfven won the party leadership duel in Agenda, according to the viewers.

54 percent in the Express / Demo Skop rapid measurement found that S-leader was strongest in the debate.

– Overall won Löfven. But it is more likely to reflect the state of public opinion, says Peter Santesson, director of public opinion analysis on Demoskop.

Express / Demo Skop poll shows that Stefan Löfven was victorious from the duel with Fredrik Reinfeldt, in tonight’s Agenda. 54 percent felt that the S-leader did debate the best while 44 percent felt that Fredrik Reinfeldt fared best.

– Löfven won this duel overall. But it reflects the earliest state of public opinion. Looking at the effect on voter sympathies ended this short game rather zero – zero, says Peter Santesson, director of public opinion analysis on Demoskop.

The average rating given Löfven got 3.29 out of 5 and Fredrik Reinfeldt 3:16. Both party leaders go home in their own block, but less successful in winning over new voters.

– viewers will return to the same reasons, no matter who they think was the best. Clarity, objectivity and credibility. Reinfeldt and Löfven resemble each other in their style debate, with a reserved statesmanship style. But the overall effect when both parties use the same approach to each other means that there is less dynamic, especially in so short a duel like this, says Peter Santesson.

The pattern is the same as when Demoskop measured duel between Löfven and Reinfeldt in News in March .

– The pattern is the same as when they duel in earlier this year. They play quite a draw in relation to each voter. It looks as if Löfven comparatively short time learned to deal with Reinfeldt in the debate, despite Reinfeldt’s long experience, says Peter Santesson.

Demoskop conducted 738 interviews after Agenda debate. To avoid biases weighed results on gender, age and party preference. If any of the properties are under-compensated for it. Two percent chose not to answer who they thought was best.

Jonas Hinnfors, professor of political science at the University of Gothenburg, think the debate was too short to be able to decide the winner.

– You can not say who won the debate. It was too short, so they had no time to develop his themes. Now it was so short that they can run the routine and be good at it, he says.

Jonas Hinnfors saw no obvious weaknesses in any of the party leaders’ effort.

– However, one can note that both seemed very keen to downplay the commotion became of Reinfeldt’s sommartal yesterday, he says.
