Stockholm. A 61-year-old man by the district court convicted of child rape is freed entirely of the Court of Appeal, the newspaper Ångermanland.

The man was convicted of For several years, having “groped” on two underage girls. The district court compared the pervasiveness intercourse and sentenced the man to two and a half years in prison.

But, according to the Court of Appeal are several factors not investigated and the court does not believe that the evidence is sufficient for a conviction.
