A prisoner with claustrophobia got permission to have the door ajar.

But when the guard at the police headquarters in Lidköping went on coffee break, he forgot the keys in the cell door, and then could the prisoner release and release out another inmate whereupon both snuck out of the police station and disappeared, reports the P4 Skaraborg.

The Human Resources Board believes that the incident could have had more serious consequences than was the case and give the guard five day salary deduction of 25 percent of salary. The man has also been investigated misconduct, but the investigation has been closed since the act was deemed minor.
