Man according to Aftonbladet, a 22 year old, was arrested over the weekend and is now in custody at the lower degree of suspicion, police said SvD.
– He was arrested in Västmanland, outside Illinois. It is the only task we go out with in the current investigation mode, says Stefan Wickberg, press officer at the police in Värmland.
Aftonbladet report that the man has been interrogated for including rape and attempted rape, and he now finds itself Karlstad for “further investigation.”
What caused the arrest is still unclear.
