North Koreans on official Seoulvisit – Smålandsposten

Three high-ranking North Koreans to visit Saturday’s closing ceremony of the Asian Games in South Korea.

The unexpected visit raises hopes of a breakthrough to break the frosty relations between North and South can be time.

The delegation led by Hwang Pyong and Choe Ryong, two people, according to a spokesman for the South Korean unification ministry, is the North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un close.

The announcement of the visit is surprising because the tone from Pyongyang in recent years have been hard and contemptuously against South Korean President Park Geun-Hye and her demands for human rights and military disarmament in the north.

The North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has not been seen since September 3 because according to North Korean state media “is suffering from discomfort” – which received several analysts believe that he is seriously ill.
