A 49-year-old man is missing after a swim at Eknö outside Västervik on Friday evening.
During night and morning sought the man by helicopter, several boats and dog patrols on nearby islands. On Saturday morning, cut off the sea rescue search.
– We are not active anymore, but Missing people are in the picture and will run out to the islands in the afternoon, said Reine Johansson, duty officer at the police in Kalmar.The missing man is an experienced swimmer, who had pushed the boat about a kilometer out and would swim back to shore.
