During Wednesday left the prosecutor Andreas Nyberg filed a lawsuit in the district court of Skellefteå.

When they got the money they tried to use violence, according to the suspicions. Then the man in the age of 25 have chopped the man in his 20s against the upper body with a knife several times. The damage was so severe that the man died.

According to the prosecutor claims the man in the age of 25 that he acted in self-defense, he denies the offences.
– 25-year-old has acknowledged the actual circumstances. Nödvärnsinvändningen may be reviewed by the court, ” said prosecutor Andreas Nyberg.

According to a press release had accused the man with the knife to the place. The murder weapon, a folding knife, was found buried in a wall – printed with the foundation.

One of the three accused of attempted robbery acknowledges the crime, one denies and the third says it doesn’t have any recollection of the event and can therefore neither deny or admit.
