Stand out or enjoy the heat wave one last day – on Wednesday and the rest of the week is expected cooler temperatures again.
According to SMHI’s forecast, temperatures will be 25-30 degrees in much of the country on Tuesday while it gets any colder northern Norrland. During Wednesday then drag a cold front across the country.
– Then it becomes a little more normal Swedish summer again with temperatures of 20-25 degrees during the rest of the week, says Sofia Söderberg, on-call meteorologist at SMHI.
Despite the falling temperatures are expected Tuesday to Saturday offer good solchanser in large parts of the country, but with some localized showers.

SMHI has issued a class 1 warning for severe thunderstorm Kalmar County (except Oland) and in Blekinge County. In the afternoon and in the evening there is also a risk of local downpours and hail.
