Freight trains in crash with rescue vehicles – Swedish Radio

rescue vehicles were driven on by a freight train in Jularbo outside Avesta on Wednesday. No one was injured in the incident.

The alarm came in to the police shortly after the bell 21.

– There had been problems with the steering on the rescue vehicle and it got stuck on the track. A footrest on the train hit the car, says Göran Lekander, county spokesman at police in Dalarna.

No one was injured and it is unclear how serious injuries it was on the rescue vehicle.

– But there are quite a few tons coming at such a moment, says Göran play commits.

The train could continue on without problems.
