Stand out or enjoy a heatwave last day. On Wednesday and the rest of the week is expected cooler temperatures again.

On Tuesday went SMHI additionally out with new Class 1 warnings for severe thunderstorms.

According to SMHI’s forecast, temperatures will be 25-30 degrees in much of the country on Tuesday while it gets any colder northern Norrland. During Wednesday then drag a cold front across the country.

– Then it becomes a little more normal Swedish summer again with temperatures of 20-25 degrees during the rest of the week, says Sofia Söderberg, duty meteorologist at SMHI.

SMHI went on Tuesday also charged with a Class 1 warning for severe thunderstorms in Kalmar County (except Oland) and in Blekinge County. In the afternoon and in the evening there is also a risk of local heavy rain and hail, writes TT.



Good solchanser

Despite the falling temperatures are expected Tuesday to Saturday offer good solchanser in large parts of the country, but with some localized showers.

– Since it looks like a more continuous rainforest area can come in over the southern regions on Sunday, and that it continues north on Monday, says Sofia Söderberg.
