A man and a woman was chased by a bear in the Upplandsskogarna, and escaped – when they hid in a small hut.
There they sat for 45 minutes before the hunters could come and rescue them.

the Pair were out and walked in the Färnebofjärden national park off the Tärnsjö, Uppsala county, sweden, on Saturday. Suddenly, they stood nose to nose with a bear – that went to the attack against them.
When they took to flight, they should have quickly found a hiding place and call 112.
” We got a call that two people escaped a bear and ran and hid themselves in some sort of hut, a kolhydda. Where should they have managed to shut the door, ” says Daniel Ågren at the Upplandspolisen.

Two naturvana hunters who know the forest instantly knew where it was and went out to rescue them. After 45 minutes in the shack the couple could then escorted to his car, and at that point, the bear had left.
“They were skärrade and dared not go back to the car themselves, so they got pushed,” says Daniel Ågren at the police.
None of them should have been injured by the bear. They are residents of Gävle.
