Crime. The 66-year-old man who is suspected of embezzling millions of dollars from Carl Larsson-gården, have been detained.
He is accused also for other cases of embezzlement.
Man arrested in the Falun district court, on probable grounds suspected of three cases of gross breach of trust, reports Dalarnas Tidningar.
His defenders Per Råström says to the newspaper that his client admits that there is probable cause the specified crimes.
It was in the weekend, it was revealed that it was missing several million in the Carl Larsson family association, the association that operates the well-known tourist attraction Carl Larsson-gården, Sundborn. The suspicion was directed immediately against the 66-year-old man arrested in Sunday evening.
Attention surrounding the deal on the Carl Larsson-gården, has received several companies and associations in the region where the man has been working to control its finances. And the police have now received several complaints against him, including from a sports club in the Falun municipality.
– We have two private prosecutor to which we will complement with. And another one can be added later, says the head of The bedrägerigrupp Bear Sidenhjärta to TT.
