DEBATE. In Sweden we have a great expertise in health care, it is devastating to hide. The aim is to hold down wages and conditions. Instead invested it fresh on the outer shell, with new ultra-modern, flashy hospital. It is stylish, modern and fantastic – but there is a downside.
There is now a senseless lack of recruitment competent health professionals, people who in their various professions would help to increase the health of the country’s sick. Healthcare Minister Gabriel Wikström expresses that he is concerned about health and want to put a inquiry – but time has run out for more investigations.
We demand that you listen, Gabriel Wikström.
We demand that you act.
Or is your concern about health care just empty rhetoric?
Our promise to you is that we in the September 4th movement will continue vårdvråla until you and other decision makers listen and make the right decisions.
Acts you will not drain of health professionals to accelerate and vital skills disappear forever. Do politicians that all care can be solved in the fast track by renaming tasks to simple job?
No matter when you yourself or your loved one needs help, it will be in the care that you yourselves have created and left behind.
the truth is that we are facing the most severe crisis in health care in years. Politicians, unions and policy-makers to prioritize the right and restore good health with a fair policy for the care we have had enough!
We can not continue with the summer manning the year. Today, certified health care, according to the scales in force in the industry – but sick people can not be cared for according to assembly line principle or fine words that New Public Management.
Tomorrow’s demonstration is the largest mobilization from health professionals side ever. We demonstrate for the staff and for all of you who need care. The engagement takes place around the country. It is necessary for the care should consist of no more than fancy off building.
nurses, doctors, nurses and other professionals professions have the solution to healthcare accident. You policymakers must listen on your words about the strong welfare must be more than empty phrases. The Swedish model has to live up to its promise.
Equality in the caring professions must prevail, no professional group shall be known as the relief staff. Gender equality based on cooperation.
The millions that you desperately throwing into care does not work if it does not are relevant package. For many years, the economic interest outweighs quality. The savings have been at the expense of the health and development opportunities. Patients face burned, abused and overworked medical staff who are desperately trying to do his job at minimum cost. When the staff since reached its limits and become ill, they are considered a burden, even though the cause is often an incompetent organization.
Now we are in the collective force into a national demonstration for all those who need our care and who can not bring their own case. We are united and demand our rights and that those in power take responsibility.
The specific requirements of various professions available on skills and development are important to us all.
Here politicians must go to meet us and ensuring that health workers have an equal opportunity work environment and the multi-professional team develops wherever health care is provided.
For this to become a reality requires that you see health care as a whole and not as today in various groupings. Give us the conditions for it and care in Sweden can take their first steps and become world class again!
