Penal issued against AIDA HADZIALIC – Aftonbladet

AIDA HADZIALIC (S) resigned from the post of secondary Minister after driving drunk.

Now the prosecutor has issued a penal order against the former high school and education initiative minister.

Hadzialic to pay SEK 40 000 in fines.

It was August 11 at 23:51 as AIDA HADZIALIC (S) was stopped by police in a check on Oresund connection at Lernacken in Malmö.

According to the description of the crime, she drove her car after consuming alcohol in such a quantity that the concentration of alcohol in her breath during or after the trip amounted to 0.10 milligrams per liter – which corresponds to 0.2 per thousand in the blood.

Chief prosecutor Håkan Roswall the Special prosecution Office has today issued a penal regarding drunk driving toward Hadzialic.

Hadzialic elected shortly after she traveled there in control to resign from his ministerial post.

she has said that she had been during the night in Copenhagen to a concert. She drank two glasses of wine where, in the early evening.

– After the concert, I chose to take the car home to Malmo, of course, in the belief that I was not affected. There and then I committed my life’s biggest mistake, said Hadzialic when she resigned.

– It was the first time I was driving drunk. First and last.

The penalty has been determined to 40 day fines of 1000 and SEK 800 kronor in contribution to the Trust Fund for Victims.
