A man was injured after being attacked by an angry älgko in Svappavaara during the Monday.

It was at the past eight as the man took out his dogs on a morning walk in the village which is four miles north-west of Kiruna, reports the Norrbottens-Kuriren.

Exactly what triggered älgattacken is still unknown. A possible theory is that the man of the mistake should have been between attract the cow and her two calves.
