A 33-year-old father indicted for attempted murder of her eleven-month-old daughter will undergo a psychiatric examination, write the Östersunds-Posten. Only then should The district court give judgment in the case.
According to the prosecutor, the father deliberately released the child from the 20 metre height at a power plant in Ragunda municipality in Jämtland in northern sweden. The father has denied attempted murder, saying that he only wanted to take his own life. He has also said that he wanted that the police would shoot him at the arrest and that he therefore raised his fist, and ran against them.
In the hearing has the child’s mother and 33-year-old himself told us that he started to feel bad already 2013, and that he became addicted to drugs and previously received a medicinpsykos.
