Aging påhoppad – defended himself with his cane – Aftonbladet

A man in the 85-year-olds was the victim of a robbery attempt by three men in the district Hässleholmen in Borås on the early Monday night.

“They gave up and ran away,” said Peter Adlersson, presstalesperson at the police in the Western region.

the Police was alerted about the attack at 18.10. Three men gave the elderly man. They beat him and wanted to have his wallet, according to police.

But the man fought back and defended himself with his cane. The perpetrators left without getting any of the man’s belongings.

– In some ways he has made himself free. They gave up and ran away, ” said Peter Adlersson, presstalesperson at the police in the Western region.

” He had a little bit of damage on the head, no bump and scratches. He also had pain in one shoulder. He declined the ambulance first, but is taken to the hospital, ” says Peter Adlersson.

No suspected perpetrators have been arrested.

“We have searched in the area, but has no good description to go on,” said Peter Adlersson.
