LSS LSS stands for Act on support and service for certain disabled individuals.
If a person is granted placement the LSS accommodation should be enforced immediately.
However, there is no general time limit of what is a reasonable time, but it is judged from case to case.
A municipality may be sentenced to pay a sanction to the State unless the municipality organizes a support mission decided in court.
The purpose of the fee is to put pressure on municipalities and the fee is always higher than what it would have cost to provide the insert.
