Deceived by the 91-year-old 200000 – New Magazines

The incident occurred in September 2014 in Borlänge. The 52-year-old woman then called up the man and pretended, according to the indictment, to be another person who needed to borrow money. The man, who is 91 years old, deposited 200,000 crowns on the woman’s account.

The woman admits that she received the money from the man but denies that she was guilty of any crime.

Now, she prosecuted for aggravated fraud. The prosecutor believes that the crime should be judged as rough as the offense was of a “particularly dangerous kind” and meant “extremely noticeable damage.”

In order to prove the woman’s guilt, the prosecutor including two witnesses, deposit slips and memos showing that the man thought it was about another person.
