The beach lagoon in Stromstad and Spiköns marina in Trollhättan will be able to hoist the blue flag this summer – symbol of international environmental certification.
The lagoon and Spikön is in fact among the twelve ports and nine beaches in Sweden that meet the requirements of the international Blue Flag.
Eco-labeling is this year over 4000 beaches and marinas in 49 countries all over the world- thereof 21 plants in Sweden.
It’s about water quality, environment, safety and service.
blue flag must be sought for each year of the Foundation for Environmental Education, FEE.
Both the lagoon and Spikön are new to this prestigious list.
