Today the Government presents vårändringsbudgeten.

Vårändringsbudgeten contains reforms eight billion which will take effect during the 2015th
The initiative can be seen as a stealth startup of the government Löfven – many of reforms being expanded in the coming years. The total cost will rise to 20 billion in 2016, 22.4 billion in 2017 and 23.1 billion until 2018.
The starting point in vårändringsbudgeten is what appeared in the autumn budget, which was later voted down in parliament. The main focus is on jobs, education, environment and increased welfare.
The biggest investment economical way is for the elderly where the government puts 1 billion this year. Height UIF and increased contributions to the municipalities are other major investments.
More reforms than those who added this year is expected in 2016. For example, the government has promised to remove the far frontier in health insurance and lower taxes for retirees. Therefore, the overall reform costs for 2016 will be higher than the 20 billion crowns which is now mentioned for 2016.
Funded by abolishing employers
The reforms largely financed by employer contributions for young again raised, which is expected to raise 5.49 billion in 2016. Increases in environmental taxes and abolish the rut is the second finanansieringar.
In addition to the investments the government presents also an economic forecast for the future. GDP growth revised upwards for this year. Now the Government expects that growth will be 2.6 percent before rising to 2.7 percent next year and 2.5 per cent in 2017.
Unemployment is expected to fall to 7.5 percent this year, 7.1 percent next year and 6.7 per cent in 2017.
The central government deficit is estimated at 1.4 percent of GDP this year, then shrink to 0.7 percent next year and 0.4 percent in 2017. First, 2018 will be the balance in the budget.
