A similar survey Teachers Union did in Armadale outside Stockholm showed the same thing as Sydsvenskans questionnaire which was answered by 250 teachers.

The survey asked teachers to use their own words to tell you about the worst training they had.

“Cleaning is needed but is hardly training,” said one of the teachers.

Around 20 of the respondents talk about how the training was used to clean up the school’s basement, attic, storage room, classroom or other areas.

“Because you only substitute, you can still clean and pick the order in cubicles,” said another teacher.
