Stockholm. About Swedish agriculture was about 100 percent organic, we would only be able to produce half as much food on the arable land we have today.

It claims four researchers at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in an article in the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.

The researchers believe that organic farming “is not climate” and that support for organic farming – about 500 million per year – would make “more good in the ordinary agricultural greening”.
