According to sources to Aftonbladet it was “a very large number of” shots, and the murder is described as an execution.
the Man who was shot to death in Malmö was a leading figure in the so-called M-phalanx.
the Victim, 30-year-old, was convicted of several crimes. As late as in October last year, he was sentenced for having held a Czech-made pistol and 180 rounds of ammunition. The punishment was imprisonment of one year and two months, but the man appealed, and the day after the murder on him, he would have been in the court of appeal.
Arrested in the morning
After a comprehensive investigation has now three men, 24, 24, and 25-year-old arrested, suspected of the murder.
– There have been a large number of hearings and has conducted a comprehensive analysis and mapping about what it was that happened in the time of the murder. This has led to three people arrested in absentia as the suspect for the murder, writes the Prosecutor’s office in a press release.
And today in the morning and arrested the three.
“the Arrests today are the result of the investigation which has been ongoing since the 29th of February,” says Magnus Pettersson, the investigating authority at the Malmö district.

Violent gang war
In the seven years, between 2008 and 2015, raged a violent gang war in Malmö, sweden. On the one hand was the M-wing, on the other the K-wing. The names were taken from the brödrapar which was considered to lead the gangs.
In February last year, came what was seen as an end in itself. A 30-year-old man was shot to death with a dozen shots on Mobilias parking, in the midst of the people. The man had a price on his head, and for several years had been living under death threats.
The murdered was a prominent figure in the K-wing and the murder was considered to be the endpoint, which meant that the K-wing was “defeated”.
Since then, it has been relatively quiet.
Which grouping, if any, that the now arrested belong to is unclear.
The prosecution had a 30-year-old, according to Sydsvenskan, an appointment with several people to make up “a deal”. The area where the meeting took place, Munkhättegatan, was “his own area”.
