Motala’s singles is the country’s ugliest, according to a new survey.

Motala are top on the list of Sweden’s least attractive residents, according to a recent survey by online dating site eDarling. Site users have rated how they perceive themselves and seem to say the least, suffer from poor self-esteem – while Stockholm residents see themselves as the most beautiful in the country.

Now draw the business community launched a campaign to make Motala residents prettier. In the spring, the municipality singles get a discount on beauty treatments and bargain prices on training and clothing. 18 local businesses are on the train.

The singles can also make an appointment for a personal styling where they can get good advice and inspiration.

Aftonbladet columnist Fredrik Virtanen comes from Motala. He does not think it’s a coincidence that the great cities of ripples in the top of the list while cities like Motala, Karlskoga and Sandviken rests heavily on the ground.
