Kaj Linna may, stature in the HD – Aftonbladet

Livstidsdömde Kaj Linna is granted the stature of the Supreme court.

He has all the time refused to be bound to the Kalamarksmordet, as he was sentenced for 2004.

Linna is convicted of a murder and aggravated robbery after two brothers in april 20014 mugged on a farm outside Piteå, sweden. One of the brothers died, the other was severely injured. The district court sentenced Kaj Linna to life imprisonment, a sentence which was established by the court of appeal in march 2005.

Now select the Supreme court to grant Kaj Linna stature. This means that the Court of appeal for Upper Norrland, once again, to try if he has committed the murder.
