Livstidsdömde Kaj Linna is granted the stature of the Supreme court.

Linna is convicted of a murder and aggravated robbery after two brothers in april 20014 mugged on a farm outside Piteå, sweden. One of the brothers died, the other was severely injured. The district court sentenced Kaj Linna to life imprisonment, a sentence which was established by the court of appeal in march 2005.
