– We sent where police officers and negotiators, who then held a dialogue with the man, says Peder Jonsson, spokeswoman for the police in Västerbotten.
When the man, who police described as being in midlife, finally came out of the property at 11:30 pm on Monday, he was armed and fired shots. The police returned fire at the site.
– Exactly how many shots that have been fired or how it happened I do not know yet. But thankfully no one was hurt and the man could be arrested right undramatic after the shooting, said Peder Jonsson.
No other person
was in the property, which is far away from other houses. According to police, the man has a license for hunting weapons. 
The man is initially suspected of aggravated assault.
