Two men were injured by gunfire – Aftonbladet

Alarm of gunfire came in to police in Gothenburg at 21:24 on Wednesday night. Two men have been found injured and both have been driven to the hospital by ambulance.

– At the moment I do not want to go into the injury situation, says Jenny Widén.

According to reports Göteborgs-Posten a man being shot in the stomach of offenders who then fled the scene in a car.

– There is nothing I can say about this stage, says Jenny Widén.

Aftonbladet reporter on place Marcus Wulcan tells how the police cordoned off the block around the presumed crime scene. Shortly before 23 came to the police technician to the site.

– We have several patrols in the area and work with hearings and have cordoned off for a technical study says Jenny Widén.

‘They threatened witness’

A witness to the incident tells Aftonbladet how he was playing video games when he heard that it slapped.

– It sounded like gun shots, but you think the firecracker . My Residents also reacted and then said to be mass police cars outside. We saw a crowd of people outside and a man lying on the ground.

A bit away from the police went away with another man who appeared damaged, says the witness.

– He shouted: ” you do not talk to the police, “to someone who I perceived as a witness. But I do not know for sure.

Another witness says he looked out the window ten seconds behind he heard the shot and saw a man lying on the street .

– He was with two others who tried to help him. I saw no perpetrator.

After about five minutes the police came to the scene and after another minute the ambulance arrived, appreciate the witness.

– Then had what I perceived was a private person already started CPR.

The witness said he heard police say the man was shot.

– Police said in his radio that the man was shot in the stomach. There was only one shot.

Brämaregården is a neighborhood in Hisingen in Gothenburg. It is located about four kilometers away from the Vårväderstorget where the acclaimed bout at a tavern took place about a month ago. In Brämaregården took two shootings during 2013.
