Crime. the 53-year-old school physician in Falun was liked by all – but secretly filmed boys medical checks for several years. Now he is sentenced to four years in prison and to pay hundreds of thousands of crowns in damages.
The school doctor convicted of around 100 cases of aggravated sexual abuse of children for sexual posing, gross child pornography, insulting photography and the sexual abuse of children.
His defenders, Hans Ostberg, do not go into why, but notes that he is not satisfied
– We will appeal against the judgment, paragraph, he said.
The prosecutor satisfied
Prosecutor Johan Knies says he is “fairly satisfied”, but that he would have preferred a slightly longer prison sentences.
– My main argument was that it would be considered exploitation of children for sexual posing, and not just as child pornography, says Knies said.

The doctor used a spy camera hidden in a pen to film the boys aged 6-14 in connection with medical examinations at six schools and a medical center, including the boys had a problem with the foreskin or late puberty. The abuse went on for several years.
