A child, just over a year old, was beaten by her father at a refugee camp in Frövi, outside Örebro, during Sunday evening.
– a father who was born in 1990, assaulted her child, who is reportedly one year and three months old. The child has a swelling to his head, says Johan Wallenius, duty officer at the police in Örebro.
Ambulances arrived at the scene and the child was taken to hospital for treatment. The child’s mother came to the hospital.
The man has been arrested for aggravated assault of a child.
