It was last October that the men were found shot to death outside the 68-year-old home.
The investigation has shown that there was a prolonged conflict between the men and the brothers were about to make an attack on 68- year-old. Next to one of the dead men found a metal pipe and next to the other, a knife. 68-year-old has been in police interrogation admitted that he shot them but claimed that there has been about self-defense.
When the trial ended a month ago, the man was released.
