Nine people received his secret identity cleared of Individual and Family Committee in Umeå Municipality, reports SVT Vasterbotten.
The confidential information published on the municipality’s website and remained for over a day before they were removed. They appeared on four occasions for unknown persons.
After the incident reported the Board itself to the Agency for Health Care (IVO). According to the notification, there was a significant risk of a serious anomaly which the individual is or was relevant to efforts by social services.
The staff will now verify all information before they are posted on the site to prevent similar incidents from happening.
