Three different fires require a total of three people killed in Örebro County last year.
Throughout Sweden, 76 people died in 69 fires. A clear majority have been killed in their own homes.
This is the lowest figures throughout the 2000s. The number of deaths in fires has declined for several years, but in 2014 the decrease has been remarkably large.
An exact explanation for the decline has not Swedish Civil Contingencies who compiled the statistics.
