Stabbed to death after traffic brawl – Swedish Radio

A man in his 20s was stabbed so hard that he died after a brawl in traffic in Tullinge, south of Stockholm on Saturday afternoon. A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

– It started as a traffic incident and to be at loggerheads. There is a tragic event, says Ulla-Britt Öhman, station officer at Södertörn police.

It was just after the clock half past one in the afternoon as the alarm about the altercation came in to the police. According to Aftonbladet had the suspect swung out in front of the younger man’s car. After that, they have got into fights that according to witnesses was over in seconds.

The offender ran after row away from the scene while the man in his 20s was then left on the street, knifed. He was taken to hospital by ambulance, but his life could not be saved. His family is notified of the death.

The suspect man called later to the police and surrendered himself. He is now in police custody on suspicion of murder.

– What he has said in interviews so far I do not know, says Ulla-Britt Öhman.
