Two young men have been arrested for the murder of a 19 year old man in Vårby in Huddinge, south of Stockholm. 19-year-old was shot in March with several shots at close range in the head, and shortly afterwards he died in hospital.
Prosecutor Marcus Ekman tells the Daily News that the investigation is extensive and he did not want to go into details.
According to the newspaper is there much evidence that the murder of 19-year-old was a revenge for drug deals gone wrong .
A few weeks after the murder were shot another young man in the leg in Vårby farm, and the prosecutor confirmed to DN that the incident has significance for the murder investigation.
The same applies a serious assault that occurred in the days before the murder, and for which a 20-year old recently sentenced to one year in prison.
Last Saturday, the two arrestees requested remand. Both are known for involvement in serious weapons offenses and drugs offenses, according to DN.
