A 35-year-old man who killed a male close relative in a place outside Ulricehamn in April suffering from a serious mental disorder. It shows a psychiatric examination. 35-year-old could therefore not be sentenced to prison. Instead, he will in all probability get psychiatric care for the murder or manslaughter.
The relative died of knife wounds in the neck. Borås District Court has already concluded that the 35-year-old is guilty of murder. Judgment is issued next Friday, writes Borås Tidning.
According to 35-year-old lawyer, he used to get along well with kin. 35-year-old, however, has also previously been admitted for psychiatric care.
