If the sun is shining – ugh and fy for heat. When the rain is pouring down, it is equally bad it if it fills the basement and storage room. Every year thousands of Swedish households by the floods.
Heavy rains and floods do not need to make the area look like Venice to do damage. It is enough downpour that gets congested manholes and sewer pressing off the water the wrong way, so that it finds its way into the basement and garage.
