The mission is to get more people of foreign origin to become police students. But despite several efforts, very few students with an immigrant background in the police academy at Linnaeus University in Växjö.
It has been drastically reduced. We know it through a questionnaire sent to all new students made at including Linnaeus University, says Betty Rohdin, curriculum at the police academy in Växjö, Kronoberg to P4.At the recent admissions had two hundred foreign background. At most, 15 percent of students had foreign backgrounds, compared with two per cent now.
