So far this year, he has played for over half a million – SEK 50 000 in just a few hours.

– This is a private matter, he has not done anything criminal. We see it as a private interest, says SD’s press officer Martin Kinnunen told Aftonbladet.

– I talked to Jimmie Åkesson on this for about an hour ago. He was composed and focused really hard on the debate now, said Kinnunen.

– No, he is psyched for debate and accustomed to it wont blow around our party. There are many who want to publish the data and try to disrupt our campaign. I am confident that he will do a good debate tonight.

– No, what Jimmie Åkesson does in his spare time does not affect anyone but him. He has not committed any crimes and he is not indebted to. He has admitted that the amount of money involved, but it is money that has been in motion, so overall, he has either won or lost any significant amount.

– As I said, this is Jimmie Åkesson’s private matter, he will not comment on it.
