A dandelion findings in Sjöbo in Skåne can become a case for the Guinness Book of Records. When twelve-year-old Thea Undenius was out with her friend saw something sticking out from under a bush.
It turned out to be a dandelion of the really big battle.
125 centimeters tall is it – almost as long as Thea Undenius yourself.
– There should be some kind of record, says Father Martin Undenius.
Whether dandelion can get a place in the record book is still unclear. But in anticipation of a statement is the waiting in the family bathtub. 2007 found a dandelion outside Gävle which measured 104 centimeters. And the same year found a 108 centimeters tall dandelion of a Norwegian boy, according to the Evening Post which reported that the world record right now is 177 centimeters – it was in Canada in 2011.
– The girls understood that this dandelion is something beyond the common and therefore took it home, says Martin Undenius.
