A patient on Sater, sentenced to psychiatric care, has been arrested on suspicion of child rape. The offense allegedly committed on Monday in Sater, writes Dala-Democrat.
The 50-year-old man has previously been convicted of weapons, violence and drug offenses. He was sentenced to inpatient care in 1999 and received in 2002 the decree of care with a special discharge review which is still in force.
Even during the hospital stay, he has been convicted of crimes. Among other things, he was sentenced in 2009 to threats to officer after attacking two police officers with a knife.
