Suspected dangerous objects at OKG – Sveriges Radio

The police announced that the cordon around the nuclear power plant in Oskarshamn now assert.

There was nothing dangerous in the package as service dogs in the afternoon reacted but it contained a substance that smells similar to a substance that can be used in the manufacture of homemade bombs.

Bomb protective group is now in place at OKG to examine the package.

– Do not know exactly, but in this exercise we use package that secrete a scent that could mean that there are explosives.

operation the nuclear power plant is not affected at this time. The area around the cargo handling has been vacated. These are administrative offices, offices and the like – which is a bit away from the power plant.
