Massage parlors suspected of selling sexual services in 2000 – Gothenburg Post



Two women prosecuted suspected of being behind an extensive sex trafficking through two lounges which offers thai massage.

One of the suspected women prosecuted for aggravated pimping, and the other is suspected according to the indictment for complicity in the crime.

According to the lawsuit that has been submitted to the Uppsala District Court suspected women’s activities have passed over 2,400 sexual services via two salons offering thai massage in Upland.

The suspects women deny the charges.

The suspected crimes to have taken place from 1 January 2015 until 1 January 2016. The suspects women have since 1 March have been detained.

the women were arrested when the police struck several locations in Upland. Prior to the law, the police had conducted reconnaissance against salons and also visited the premises to see if they would be offered the purchase of sexual services.

– Through that approach the police could secure much information, that has been valuable throughout the investigation. This followed a decision by me as a prosecutor and was also approved by the police authority, I have had a good dialogue with throughout the investigation, said chamber prosecutor Tomas Eriksson.

Tomas Eriksson says that several civilian police officers visited the premises and booked a massage to see if they would be offered sexual services.

– During reconnaissance stage had civilkläda police have ordered a massage service and they have obviously not accepted if they have received offers of sexual services. Police officers should be invoked as witnesses to prove what we say, then we’ll see what assessment that the district court does, says Tomas Eriksson.

The evidence against the suspects women are witnesses with customers and the people who should have performed the sexual missions. The police have also secured track which is believed to come from sexual activities on the premises.

The woman accused of aiding and abetting the crimes, according to the indictment has been deputy to the other woman in one of the lounges where the alleged crimes must be conveyed. The woman, according to the prosecutor Tomas Eriksson therefore been an active part in sexverksamheten.

According to the indictment, there are five plaintiffs people in the skein.
