New survey on stress at work – Västerbotten Courier

The number of reported occupational diseases related to heavy workloads and problems in relationships in the workplace has increased by 70 percent over the past four years.

A new interview that the Work Environment Authority commissioned shows that 68 percent of employers and 80 percent of workers who surveyed know someone who has become ill due to stress at work.

a total of 1000 employers and 2000 employees were interviewed in the survey. A majority of respondents also say they know someone who is at risk of becoming ill because of a stressful work situation.

On March 31 begins the new rules around the working force. The change in the working environment Act, among other things, help employers to prevent illness in the workplace.
