Two arrested for stabbing in school – Västerbotten Courier

Two boys, both aged under 15, have been arrested after yesterday’s stabbing at a secondary school in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm.

It was just before noon yesterday, the police received the alarm about a boy injured by a “knife-like objects”. He should not have been seriously hurt.

A suspect was arrested in the afternoon, the other could be arrested later in the evening. Both have now been taken into care by social services. Crime of the attempted murder, alternatively murder.

Police will be on hand at the school today, to dampen the concerns that are now available.

– We had municipal police officers in place yesterday and remains there today too. It is clear that there can be a concern at the school after an incident like this, says Carina Skagerlind, spokesperson at the Stockholm police, to TT.

– But this is about a conflict between the here the students and is not linked to the school, she continues.
