The most probable is that the Court of Appeal shares the assessment of Skaraborg District Court, and finds it proven that Nerijus Bilevicius murdered Lisa Holm. It has not found his DNA directly on the girl’s body, but there are other troubling circumstances.
DNA from Bilevicius was at ten places on the girl’s clothes, on repstumpar and place in a barn where she was under the District Court’s judgment was hanged. He worked in the area and had access to both the space in the barn and work shed where the body was found, a couple of kilometers away.
