Three people were stabbed during a robbery on a supermarket in Borås on Friday. A suspicious man in his 20s has been arrested.

Two deemed to have minor injuries and a more serious, says Fredrik Zetterlund, internal officers at police in Boras, said.

The offender arrived masked into the store and came away with a bag of money from a woman in the checkout. He should also have stabbed her. When the robber then was on his way out, he was greeted by the woman’s husband and son. When they tried to overpower the robber was also stabbed, writes gp.se.

The alarm came in at 17:40. Several police patrols were sent to the scene, and an hour later, the robber arrested.

He now suspected of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.
