The Moderates in Skåne voted against Kävlinge party’s proposals to unravel December agreement. A positive outcome for the party leadership – but DO’s opponents see it as a victory.
Scania Moderates Meeting in Helsingborg, voted Saturday for whether to require the Conservatives unravels December Agreement (DO) or not.
The Moderates in Kävlinge had proposed this in a motion to the Federal Meeting.
– It becomes very difficult to explain to voters why we put our voices and let the government take a left politics that is more leftward than we went to the polls, says exerciser Pia Almström (M), Mayor of Kävlinge.
The vote was an exciting and consistent history – with some voices superiority for the option to reject the motion.
– I still think that this result shows that it is an important issue in Skåne. This is a great victory, says Pia Almström.
Federal Chairman Lars-Ingvar Ljungman was satisfied after the vote. His line, instead investigate how Sweden is to have stability in government power even when the government lacks a majority, won.
– There is a criticism of the December agreement that I think are important to actually arrive. Also, I have to comment on the deal, he said.
But the alternatives are too few – and bad, says Lars-Ingvar Ljungman.
– In the resulting situation as it was concluded that it was the least bad thing to do. I’m willing to live with to this agreement.
Had the strong Skåne District demanded to die would be scrapped had it put party leadership under pressure. Dissatisfaction with the agreement has been great in many places within the Alliance and the Conservatives.
During the federation meeting in Skåne was Moderates’ party secretary, Tomas Tobé, in place.
– Now 18 moderates county associations held meetings and I feel a very strong support for our line, he said.
Even Jämtland and Norrbotten voted on Saturday for motions to unravel die.
Jamtland chose not to vote for motion to tear up the deal. Instead, it became a compromise, just as in Sweden.
– It is that we continue to work to bring a clear and active opposition politics, says Saila Quick Lund, county associations Chairman of Jamtland.
Previously, Östergötland voted for a motion requiring that the settlement should be torn up.
DIE means that the government and the Alliance agreed to drop through the incumbent minority government budgets until the 2022nd
Notably, the debate about dying in Skåne was shortened when the dance band heirs would take over the premises no later than at 17 – to test the sound for tonight’s concert.
